We’re looking for a full-time Mate and Fleet Bosun who is passionate about youth development and outdoor learning in a marine environment.
This role will rotate between being a Mate one of our vessels and playing a key part in the maintenance of our vessels. The split in time between these responsibilities will be approximately 50/50 but might vary throughout the year.
Our Portsmouth Hub will be the primary location for this work, together with voyaging from our regional hubs as they develop. Working from other locations (especially when on voyage) is part of the nature of this job.

To do this, we offer life-changing voyages to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds onboard our ocean-going yachts. Our voyages enable young people to develop the life skills, social skills, confidence and self-esteem needed to raise their aspirations and make positive life choices.
