Please tell us a bit about yourself

I come for an administration and events background. I’ve had lots of different and exciting roles and even spent 6 months skiing in the Alps with one job!

I’m always on the go; you will often find me walking, running, cycling or travelling and I am even partial to a bit of arts and crafts. I am very self-motivated and I’m always working on a different project – right now I’m (slowly) teaching myself piano! My creative side is influenced by my grandparents who got me in to music and theatre, which I then went on to do a degree in. I’m often trying new things in my spare time or travelling the lengths of the UK to see friends and family.

Please tell us a bit about your role at Tall Ships Youth Trust

I am Volunteer Admin Assistant. I work directly with the volunteers, recruiting, training and supporting them with anything they may need. No day is the same and I am constantly inventing new ways of reaching a wider audience and support more disadvantaged young people.

Please describe your job in three words
