Please tell us a bit about yourself

I am married with a son who’s working in Vancouver. I like keeping fit by mountain biking and getting to the gym when at home. I like walking and reading when I get the chance.

I sail because I love it. I retired from an IT career with O2 in 2007 and became a professional sailor. I qualified as a Yachtmaster in 1994 and owned various boats since. In 2015/17 I sailed around the world and I still love it.
