The Tall Ships Youth Trust offers a fun, challenging, stimulating, vibrant and supportive unique residential maritime environment in which young people with special needs can enhance their skills for independence, in preparation for adult life.

Young people with special needs including a degree of learning difficulty, attention control, fine motor coordination problems, mild visual or hearing impairment and social interaction problems can benefit from sailing on our fleet.

We are developing our work with young people with special needs and from 2010, for the first time, will be running dedicated special needs voyages.
