How to calculate your Voyage Fee
Once you have selected which voyage you would like to join and confirmed there is still space available, please follow the example below to calculate your total voyage fee.
Please add the following port and fuel surcharges per night - SSN voyages £ 2.50, CAT £ 2.00, CF & BF voyages £ 1.50.
Example
SSN 418 (16 night voyage) voyage price £599.00
Port & fuel surcharge £2.5 x 16 = £40.00
Total = £ 639.00
+ 2% handling charge if paying by Visa Credit, MasterCard or Amex

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE
Due to the current legislation governing the sale of insurance products we are no longer able to make direct arrangements for your travel insurance. However it still remains a requirement of the company that you maintain adequate travel insurance to cover you for your voyage. As a guide you must make sure that any policy you take out covers you for offshore sailing as a working member of a tall ship's crew (you must check because not all travel policies cover this activity).

It is our policy that no one will be allowed to join a voyage unless we have a record of their insurance details.
