The Tall Ships Youth Trust is the world's oldest and largest sail training organisation |

To date, the Trust's vessels have sailed 1.5 million nautical miles with over 85,000 trainees on board. Over 3,500 trainees will sail on our fleet this year |

Each Brig voyage of 48 trainees is managed by 6 qualified permanent crew and up to12 experienced volunteer crew. The Challengers accommodate up to 12 trainees and up to 6 permanent / volunteer crew. Professionally qualified teachers and youth workers join youth voyages - a new and pioneering approach to sail training |

There are Tall Ships Youth Trust Volunteer Support Groups all across the UK, recruiting a broad cross-section of young people and fundraising to subsidise the cost of their voyages |
